the five prompts i used to get my colors, my fall capsule, my makeup and my hair out of chatgpt. ten pages, one afternoon, my actual face on every one of them.
want the other four?
your email, and all five open on the next screen. they land in your inbox too so you’re not keeping a tab open all week.
you’re in. they’re all below, and a copy is on its way to your inbox so you don’t have to keep this tab open.
before you paste anything
all five go in ONE chatgpt chat, in order.
open a brand new chat.
paste prompt 0 with your 4 photos attached. it’ll tell you what it sees for your coloring before it makes anything. if that reads wrong, fix it right there before you go on.
run 1, 2, 3, 4 in order in that same chat.
each one stops after a page and waits. say next page until that guide is finished.
save every image at full size as it shows up.
if a page comes back wrong, use the fix-it prompt at the bottom. do not start a new chat, you’ll lose your setup.
the 4 photos to take first
face, straight on, no makeup
face, hair pulled back, no makeup
full body, front, in what you actually wear all day
full body, side
take them in whatever light your house has, in what you already have on. it reads what it’s given, so a blowout and a good top gets you a capsule for a woman who doesn’t exist.

The setup
paste this first, with your 4 photos attached
I'm a working mom of two in Austin, TX with a full time 9-5 in sales. I'm attaching 4 photos of myself with no makeup, hair down and hair pulled back, plus a full body front and side view in the clothes I actually work from home in. Use these photos as the only reference for my face, hair, coloring and body. Do not change my face, my features, my body or my age in anything you make. If you can't composite my face onto a page, crop it straight out of the photo I sent rather than generating a different person, and tell me that's what you did.
STYLE LOCK, apply to every page you make from here on, without me repeating it:
Cream background. Dark forest green serif for titles. A small dark green square top-left holding the page number. Gold line icons, thin gold rules. Editorial magazine layout on a portrait page.
My real face and body on every page, composited from the photos I sent. Never a model, never a different woman.
Legibility rules, these matter more than the layout: put no more than about 25 short text labels on a single page. Spell every word correctly. If a label is too long to fit, shorten the words, never shrink the type. Nothing smaller than what stays readable on a phone.
One page per message. After each page, stop and wait for me to say next page.
My life, so every recommendation fits it: I work from home most days and I'm on video calls, I do daycare drop off in the morning, I'm in working mom mode until I log off, then daycare pickup and dinner on the table right after. Fall in Austin is warm through October, real fall weather doesn't show up until November. My budget is realistic, but realistic does not mean boring. Before you style a single outfit, search for what is actually trending this season and pull the real silhouettes, fabrics and colors that are showing up right now. I want millennial mom, put together, current. Not leggings and a plain sweatshirt, and not a generic stock-photo version of a mom. If you can't search, say so and tell me what you're styling from instead. Nothing I wear can require a change between a video call and daycare pickup.
Before you make anything, tell me back in plain text: what you see for my undertone, contrast and depth, and which of my 4 photos you're reading that from. Then wait for my first request.
Prompt 1 · 3 pages
Personal color analysis
your season, your swatches, and what actually washes you out
Using my photos, make my personal color analysis as 3 pages, one image per message. Apply the style lock.
Page 1, "Your Personal Color Analysis": my face from the photos on the left, filling the left third. On the right, six rows with a gold icon each: season, undertone, contrast, depth, brightness, harmony, each with a short answer for me. Under that, four swatch groups labeled best colors, best neutrals, accents, avoid, six swatches each, no names on the swatches. A row of three metal circles labeled gold, rose gold, silver. One closing sentence on what I look most alive in. Nothing else on this page.
Page 2, "Colors On You": four photos of me side by side, each with a different colored fabric at my neckline. Label the four columns brightens you, softens you, washes you out, overpowers you, with three short lines under each, not more. Below them one row of ten swatches running most flattering to least. Nothing else on this page.
Page 3, "How to Wear Your Colors": three photos of me in three outfits, labeled neutral base, one color with intention, light medium and deep together. Below, five outfit formulas as small flat lays labeled video call, drop off, pickup and dinner, weekend, date night, three swatches under each and no item names. Nothing else.
Start with page 1, then stop.
Prompt 2 · 3 pages
The fall capsule
including the outfits that survive a video call and pickup with no change
Same face, same coloring, same style lock, and the same rule about current trends over generic mom clothes. Make my fall capsule as 3 pages, one image per message.
Page 1, "Your Fall Capsule Plan": one photo of me in a hero outfit on the left. Top right, four circle stats: number of pieces, number of outfits they make, how it handles an 85 degree October, a realistic total spend. Below, four boxes with gold icons labeled video calls, drop off and pickup, dinner at home, weekend. Then five short lines under "Your Style Pillars". Nothing else.
Page 2, "Drop Off to Dinner": the outfits that go from a video call to daycare pickup to dinner with no change. Four photos of me in four outfits. One palette row of six swatches. A grid of eight key pieces as simple flat product shots, each with a two or three word name, no long descriptions. Three styling tips with icons, one about the top half reading on camera and the bottom half surviving a car seat and a kitchen floor. Nothing else.
Page 3, "The Workout Capsule": four photos of me in four outfits labeled strength, walking, pilates, errands after. One palette row. A grid of six key pieces with short names. Three tips. Nothing else.
Start with page 1, then stop.
Prompt 3 · 2 pages
Makeup
your shades, plus a face you can do in under 10 minutes
Same face, same style lock. Make my makeup guides as 2 pages, one image per message.
Page 1, "Your Makeup Color Guide": my face on the left with a dark green box under it listing undertone, contrast, depth, best metals. On the right, eight rows: foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer, highlighter, eyes, liner, lips. Each row gets a four to six word tip and three swatches with short shade names. One "skip these" line at the bottom with two swatches. Nothing else.
Page 2, "Your 6:45 Face": my face large in the center with dotted guides pointing to highlight, blush, contour, brows, eyes, lips, six labels only. On the right, a dark green box with a numbered seven step routine, each step six words or fewer, that takes under ten minutes in a bathroom with a toddler in it. One tip at the bottom about cream products because there's no time to blend powder. Nothing else.
Start with page 1, then stop.
Prompt 4 · 2 pages
Hair
color, cut, and which ones still look done at 5pm
Same face, same style lock. Make my hair guides as 2 pages, one image per message. These pages have a lot of versions of my face on them, so keep the text light and get the faces right.
Page 1, "Your Hair Color": my face and hair on the left with my color profile under it. On the right, eight photos of me in a four by two grid, my exact same face each time with only the hair color changed. Label the top row enhances you and the bottom row washes you out. Each photo gets the shade name and three words, no more. At the bottom, one line on how far apart salon visits can be on a working mom schedule. Nothing else.
Page 2, "Your Cut": nine photos of me in a three by three grid, same face every time, hair changed. Row one is length, three options. Row two is layers, three options. Row three is bangs and part, three options. Green check or red x on each with four words. At the bottom, one box called "the pickup line test" naming which of these still looks done at 5pm with no touch up. Nothing else.
Start with page 1, then stop.

The shopping list
pulls every piece it recommended into one plain list
Give me one plain list, no image: every clothing piece and product you put in all four guides, one line each with the item name and the color, grouped into clothing, makeup and hair, so I can look each one up.
If it gets you wrong
The fix-it prompt
paste this in the same chat, don’t start over
That page isn't reading right. Go back to my original photos and look again at my skin in the flattest light in them, not the brightest. Tell me in plain text what you're actually seeing for undertone and contrast, and which photo made you say what you said. Then rebuild just that page, same style lock, and put less text on it this time.
what comes back
three of my ten. same face on every page, which is the whole point.
