Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

So simple, 5 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes and 48g protein!

Ingredients:

– 1 flatbread, I like the flat out thin crust

– 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, I like franks

– 1/4 cup low fat organic mozzarella

– 5-6 oz of diced chicken (can easily grab rotisserie chicken – my fav clean one is from central market or Whole Foods to make this easy)

– 2 tbsp non fat organic grass fed greek yogurt, I like stonyfield

– pinch of salt & pepper

– 1/4 tsp dill, 1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions:

– if you didnโ€™t buy precooked chicken: dice up chicken breast, heat cast iron pan over medium high heat, add a little avocado oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder and sautรฉ for about 7 mins until cooked through.

1. Preheat oven to 400. Pop flatbread in for about 5 mins until slightly crisp.

2. Spread buffalo sauce on flatbread. Top with chicken & mozzarella.

3. Bake for another 5 mins until cheese is melted.

4. While it bakes – mix greek yogurt in a small bowl with seasoning (like a high protein ranch dressing).

5. Drizzle greek yogurt mixture on flatbread and enjoy!

Optional: top with sliced green onion
