Y’all these were SO simple and fun! An easy way to bring a “kings cake” dessert to your celebration.
Ingredients:
- Simple Mills Vanilla Cupcake mix (Will need 3 eggs, love vital farms pasture raised, 1/3 cup oil, love chosen foods avocado oil, 1/3 cup water and 1 tbsp vanilla extract, look for organic and pure)
- Vanilla Frosting – I like the Miss Jones brand that uses organic coconut oil
- Yellow, green and purple sprinkles – Supernatural, 365 Brand at Whole Foods (no artificial dyes) and Watkins make some cleaner ingredient options!
Directions:
- Bake cupcakes according to directions. I like using stainless steel muffin pans (less toxic than non stick) with bamboo cupcake liners.
- Let cool. Frost with frosting.
- Sprinkle in 3 lines – green, then yellow, then purple.
