These are the crowd-pleasers. Perfect if you’re hosting, bringing a dish, or just want something festive that isn’t loaded with junk. Every recipe here is a better-for-you take that people actually eat — no sad veggie trays or watery fruit skewers in sight.
Appetizers

Prosciutto Wrapped Cantaloupe
- Ingredients: 1 cantaloupe (cut into slices), 1 pack prosciutto, optional fresh basil, balsamic glaze
- Instructions: Wrap each cantaloupe slice with prosciutto. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Whipped Feta
- Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, 1–2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or Kite Hill DF, crackers or sliced cucumber
- Instructions: Roast halved strawberries at 400°F with balsamic for 15–20 minutes. Blend feta and yogurt until smooth. Spoon strawberries on top and serve.

Fried Green Tomatoes
- Ingredients: 2 green tomatoes, 1 egg, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup cornmeal, 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Instructions: Dip sliced tomatoes in egg, dredge in almond flour + cornmeal mix. Fry in oil over medium heat until golden. Mix yogurt with dill and garlic for dipping.
Lighter Bites & Boards

Peaches & Burrata
- Ingredients: 2 ripe peaches (sliced), 1 burrata ball, olive oil, sea salt, fresh basil
- Instructions: Layer peach slices with burrata. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle sea salt, top with torn basil.

Peaches & Mozzarella Skewers
- Ingredients: 1 large peach (cubed), 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls, basil leaves, optional prosciutto slices, balsamic glaze
- Instructions: Thread peach, mozzarella, and basil on skewers. Optional: wrap in prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic.

Cream Cheese or Brie Board (+ Hot Honey Peach Baked Brie option)
- Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese or small wheel of Brie, 1/4 cup hot honey or jam, fresh berries, crackers, nuts, cucumbers
- Instructions: Spread honey or jam over cheese and serve with sides. For baked version: top Brie with 1/2 sliced peach, bake at 375°F for 15 mins.

Hot Honey Peach Baked Brie
- Ingredients: 1 wheel Brie, 1 puff pastry sheet, 1 small peach (diced), dash of clove, drizzle of hot honey, cinnamon, salt, coconut or brown sugar
- Instructions: Wrap Brie and peaches in puff pastry. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 450°F for ~25 mins.
Crowd-Pleasing Dips

Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Ingredients: 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, 1/2 cup hot sauce, 4 oz cream cheese (DF or reg), 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Instructions: Combine everything, mix well, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Serve with sliced cucumbers or grain-free chips.
Fresh Sides & Salads

Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad
- Ingredients: 3 heirloom tomatoes, 8 oz mozzarella, handful of basil, 1 tbsp olive oil, balsamic glaze
- Instructions: Slice tomatoes and mozzarella. Layer with basil. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic on top.

Watermelon Feta Salad
- Ingredients: 2 cups watermelon (cubed), 1/2 cup feta, 1/2 cucumber (sliced), 1 tbsp chopped mint, juice of 1 lime, pinch of sea salt
- Instructions: Mix all in a large bowl. Chill before serving.

Summer Corn Avocado Salad
- Ingredients: 2 ears corn (grilled and cut off cob or 1.5 cups canned), 1 avocado (cubed), 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/4 red onion (diced), 2 tbsp cilantro, juice of 1 lime, 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- Instructions: Toss all together. Chill and serve.

Southwestern Pasta Salad
- Ingredients: 1 box Banza pasta, 1/2 can black beans (drained), 1/2 cup corn, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/4 red onion (diced), 2 tbsp cilantro, 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, juice of 1 lime, 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Instructions: Cook and cool pasta. Toss with all other ingredients.

High Protein Potato Salad
- Instructions: Boil potatoes (bone broth optional). Mix sauce separately, then fold in strained potatoes. Chill 30+ mins.
- Ingredients: 4–6 red & yellow potatoes (cubed), 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp Dijon, 2 tbsp yellow mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp each salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1–2 tsp dried dill or oregano, 2 tbsp fresh dill

Summer Strawberry Salad
- Ingredients: 4 cups arugula, 10–12 strawberries (diced), 1/2 cup feta, 1/2 shallot, 2–3 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tbsp balsamic, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tbsp honey, salt & pepper
- Instructions: Toss arugula, strawberries, feta & shallot. Mix dressing, pour over, and serve chilled.
Mains

Seafood Boil
- Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp (peeled/deveined), 3 ears corn (cut into thirds), 1 lb baby potatoes, 12 oz smoked sausage (cut), 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning, 3 tbsp butter, 1 lemon (cut in wedges)
- Instructions: Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Add corn and sausage; boil 7 mins. Add shrimp last 2–3 mins. Drain and toss everything in butter + Old Bay. Serve with lemon wedges.

Ribs
- Ingredients: 1 rack baby back ribs, yellow mustard, rub (4 tbsp smoked paprika, 4 tbsp kosher salt, 4 tbsp onion powder, 4 tbsp garlic, 3 tbsp dry mustard, 2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tsp cayenne)
- Instructions: Remove membrane, slather with mustard, coat with rub. Bake at 300°F for ~2.5 hrs until tender. Wrap in foil and rest 30 mins before slicing.

Smash Tacos
- Ingredients: 1 lb grass-fed beef, 6 tortillas, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, preferred sauce
- Instructions: Heat skillet, form small meatballs, smash onto tortilla in pan, cook 2–3 mins per side. Top with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and sauce.\

Build‑Your‑Own Pizza Party
- Ingredients: Outer Aisle or Ezekiel crusts, 1 cup marinara, 1 cup shredded cheese, toppings of choice
- Instructions: Let guests build pizzas. Bake at 425°F for 10–12 mins.

Sweet & Spicy Drumsticks
- Ingredients: 6–8 chicken drumsticks, 1 tsp each garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp avocado oil, 2 tbsp hot honey
- Instructions: Toss chicken in oil and spices. Bake at 425°F for 35–40 mins. Drizzle hot honey after baking.

Yogurt‑Marinated Chicken Skewers
- Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast (cubed), 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp herbs, red onion & zucchini chunks
- Instructions: Marinate chicken 2+ hrs. Skewer with veggies. Grill until golden and cooked through.
Easy Comfort

Baked Mac & Cheese
- Ingredients: 1 box Banza pasta, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Instructions: Cook pasta, mix in other ingredients. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 mins.

Sweet Potato Tater Tots
- Ingredients: 1 bag Trader Joe’s sweet potato tots, 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Instructions: Toss in oil, bake at 425°F for 25–30 mins until crispy.
Truffle Little Gem Salad
- Ingredients: 2 heads Little Gem lettuce, 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan, 2 tbsp pine nuts, truffle vinaigrette
- Instructions: Toss all and serve. Add grilled chicken if desired.
Desserts & Treats

3‑Ingredient Strawberry Shortcake
- Ingredients: Simple Mills muffins or Flourish pancakes, 1 cup strawberries (sliced), 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or whipped cream
- Instructions: Layer muffin/pancake with berries and yogurt.

Lavender Lemon Loaf
- Ingredients: 1 box high-protein baking mix, zest of 1 lemon, 1 tsp dried lavender, glaze (1 tbsp lemon juice + 2 tbsp powdered sweetener)
- Instructions: Mix and bake per package. Add glaze when cooled.

Peach Cobbler Cups
- Ingredients: 2 cups diced peaches, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Instructions: Combine peach filling. Mix crisp topping. Layer into ramekins and bake at 350°F for 20–25 mins.

Pouch Popsicles
- Ingredients: Kids fruit pouch, popsicle sticks
- Instructions: Cut open bottom. Pop a popsicle stick in it. Freeze overnight.

Pineapple Upside‑Down Cake
- Ingredients: 1 box healthy cake mix, 6 pineapple slices, 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- Instructions: Add sugar + pineapple to muffin tins. Pour batter over. Bake as package directs.
Drinks & Breakfast
Blood Orange Margarita
- Ingredients: 1/2 cup blood orange juice, juice of 1 lime, 2 oz silver tequila, splash sparkling water, Tajín for rim
- Instructions: Mix juices and tequila over ice. Top with sparkling water. Rim glass with Tajín.

Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes
- Ingredients: Flourish pancake mix, 1/2 cup strawberries (sliced), 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, coconut whipped cream
- Instructions: Cook pancakes per package. Top with berries and yogurt or whipped cream.
