- ½–¾ cup roasted sweet potato cubes
- Air fryer or frozen options work great
- Handful of arugula or microarugula (5x the nutrients!)
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- ⅓ cup cottage cheese (I like Good Culture or Organic Valley)
- 1 tsp blackberry chia seed jam
- You can sub in any quality berry jam or even just mash some berries with chia
- Hot honey, for drizzling
- Salt + pepper, to taste

🍳 How to Make It
- Roast or reheat sweet potatoes
- Toss in avocado oil + salt and air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes
- OR heat frozen roasted sweet potato cubes in a skillet or microwave
- Fry your eggs in chili crunch
- Add a drizzle of oil and chili crunch to a pan
- Crack in your eggs and cook until the edges are crispy and yolks are however you love them
- Heat your sausage
- Slice and pan-sear or microwave your maple chicken sausage links
- Build your bowl
- Start with arugula → add sweet potatoes → layer on sausage, avocado, fried eggs, cottage cheese
- Finish strong
