3 main ingredients, ready in 10 mins!

Ingredients for 2:

  • 2 Apple Gouda sausage links, sliced, I like Niman Ranch brand and got on butcher box
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup frozen hashbrowns, I used Alexia brand but if you can find Cascadian Farms root veggie hashbrowns those are all organic and have carrots and sweet potato’s mixed in!
  • 1/2 tbsp butter, like kerrygold
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Sprinkle of: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • Optional: salsa or hot sauce to top

Directions:

  1. In cast iron skillet over medium heat, add butter and sausage. Sauté about 3-4 mins until brown (doesn’t take long).
  2. Add hashbrowns and oil and increase temp to medium high heat. Season with seasonings. Sauté about 3 mins until crispy.
  3. Add eggs and scramble about 1-2 mins.

Top with salsa and enjoy!
