A go-to for weeknight meals!

Ingredients for 2:

  • two 4-6 oz wild caught salmon filets (I get mine from butcher box <- link gives you a $60 discount)
  • 1-2 tsp avocado oil (look for one that has been quality tested like chosen foods, many are cut with other seed oils)
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
  • Sprinkle of: salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic powder
  • Optional: fresh squeezed lemon for drizzle at the end

Directions:

🍣 turn on broiler on oven.
🍣 drizzle avocado oil (or higher smoke point oil) in bottom of small baking dish.
🍣 place salmon in dish, skin side down.
🍣 drizzle avo oil, honey, salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger & garlic powder.
🍣 rub the mixture on top into the salmon with a pastry brush or your fingers.
🍣 broil for 5 mins. drizzle with lemon.

I enjoyed with my high protein mushroom quinoa “risotto” and arugula, apple, walnut salad.
