Hi, I’m Erin Kee a wellness advocate, recipe creator, and mom of two, based in Austin, Texas. I started Kee To Wellness as a way to share what I’ve learned about living a healthy, energized life while raising a family.

With a love for high-protein, family-friendly meals, I focus on making wellness simple, balanced, and joyful. Whether it’s whipping up quick dinners or finding small ways to stay energized, I believe that healthy living should feel good, not like another thing on your to-do list.

My Story

Erin Kee’s journey into wellness began the way it does for many moms through the hustle of raising two kids while trying to keep her own health in balance. Between busy schedules, family meals, and little time left for herself, she realized how important it was to make nourishing food both simple and practical. What started as a personal mission soon became a passion to help other moms who were navigating the same challenges.
With that passion, Erin founded Kee to Wellness, a space where she could share her love for high-protein, family-friendly meals and her belief that food should fuel joy, not stress. She began creating recipes that were quick, healthy, and kid-approved, proving that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.
Today, Erin inspires a growing community of women to embrace wellness in a way that fits their lives. Through her content, she empowers busy moms to prioritize self-care, eat with intention, and feel confident in the kitchen.
