Smoothie Recipes:

🍌 dragonfruit banana:

⁃ 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries(5x the antioxidants!)

⁃ 1/2 cup frozen pitaya dragonfruit

⁃ 1/2 a frozen banana

⁃ 1/2 cup Malk almond milk OR raw milk OR water

⁃ 1 tbsp chia seeds

⁃ 1 scoop truvani vanilla plant protein

⁃ 1/4 cup grass fed greek yogurt, love stonyfield

🥜 PB&J:

⁃ 4-5 strawberries

⁃ 1/4 cup wild blueberries

⁃ 1/4 cup blackberries

⁃ 1 cup spinach for some extra fiber & antioxidants

⁃ 1 tbsp organic peanut butter

⁃ 1/2 cup frozen cauli or 1/2 frozen banana

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

⁃ 1 cup almond milk or raw milk or water

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, I love truvani

🥥 Tropical:

⁃ 1/2 cup frozen avocado

⁃ 1/4 cup fresh coconut meat

⁃ 1/2 cup coconut water

⁃ 1/2 cup greek yogurt, love stonyfield grass fed

⁃ 1 tsp spirulina

⁃ 1 tbsp chia seeds

⁃ 1 cup spinach

⁃ Fruit of choice: 1 cup of pineapple and/or mango

🍫 Chocolate berry:

⁃ 1 scoop truvani or kachava chocolate protein powder

⁃ 1 cup berries of choice – wild blueberries, strawberries, blackberries etc

⁃ 1 cup spinach

⁃ 1 tbsp chia seeds

🍊Orange Creamsicle:

– 1 orange, peeled

– 1 scoop truvani vanilla protein powder

– 1/2 cup greek yogurt

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings:

Strawberries

Blueberries

Banana

Chia seeds

Hemp seeds

Coconut flakes (look for the thick shaved coconut if you can find it!)

Bee pollen beekeepers_naturals

Granola, love purely Elizabeth

Organic Peanut butter (should be one ingredient)

how to build the perfect smoothie:

You want something from each category!

💪 protein

pea protein – plant based protein⁣ (I like truvani or kachava)

hemp protein – also plant based but a little less protein than pea⁣

brown rice protein – plant based⁣

whey protein – most common, this is made from cows milk so any dairy allergies shy away from this⁣

greek yogurt (1 cup has 24g!)

🥒 fiber

chia seeds – helps thicken⁣

flax seeds – high in fiber and omega3 fatty acids⁣

veggies – spinach/kale or i love frozen cauli, gets the same creaminess as bananas but less sugar & more fiber⁣

🥜 fats

One ingredient organic peanut butter or almond butter

mct oil – a form of coconut oil⁣

flax oil – high in omega3 fatty acids⁣

frozen avo⁣

🍒 fruit & veggies⁣ (also considered fiber!)

berries – strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries⁣

tropical – peaches, mango, pineapple, banana (frozen is best!)⁣

🥛 liquid

water⁣

plant based milk⁣ like malk

raw milk (my new fav!)
