That’s why I created this go-to grocery guide for summer: high-protein, seed-oil-free staples that help you get food on the table without overthinking it. Below are my favorite meal pairings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—plus the complete grocery list.

BREAKFAST IDEAS

Breakfast Sandwich + Yogurt Bowl
Pick your fave:
