Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

– 1 tbsp ceremonial matcha (this is my FAV, and a fraction of the price of pique tea. If you are a pique tea lover though – I do have 15% off here!

– 3 tbsp hot water (I use my electric tea kettle allll the time. Itโ€™s the best)

– 2/3-1 cup milk of choice (I did a combo of Malk and raw milk!)

– Cup of ice – my glasses Iโ€™m obsessed with!

– 3 organic strawberries, tops removed

– 1 tsp sweetener of choice (I did this date syrup, maple syrup would be great too!)

– 1 tsp honey (I love my lavender honey! If vegan – can sub additional sweetener above if needed)

– dash of ceylon cinnamon

– optional: use a matcha strainer and whisk! It really helps make it very smooth and not clumpy.

Directions:
๐Ÿต whisky 1 tbsp ceremonial matcha + 3 tbsp hot water, add honey
๐Ÿตin small blender – blend 2/3-1 cup milk of choice with 3 organic strawberries (tops removed), dash of ceylon cinnamon and a drizzle of sweetener of choice.
๐ŸตPour both over ice!
